Wednesday: Ham Hash


Chef's Notes: To be honest, this week has been stressful. Most of it eustress, but some not. We have made some big financial decisions this week (I'll fill you in this weekend!). So I really just wanted to use the meat in our freezer to save money. I can think no better way to use already salty meat than making hash. SmithCale has convinced himself that he can only eat hash in the picnic position. So we busted out the lap trays and ate on the couch and watched cartoons!

Ingredients:
1 recipe Corned-Beef Hash (sub ham & red potatoes)
