SmithCale has made fun of me for years, along with most of the people I work with about the car I love and drove. I honestly LOVED this car. I worked hard for the down payment many MANY thankless hours at the Towne Crier in Abilene. I kept it clean, dent free, ticket free and oil changed for 5 years until it started having problems earlier this year. After that, SmithCale and I switched cars to keep the Focus in town. When SmithCale's car began acting up and costing $2K to fix, we knew it was time.
Thank you Focus. I will always think of you fondly.
We traveled all the way to Terrell to meet with the Subaru dealership where we'd gotten an awesome quote. SmithCale and I were quite relieved when the negotiations about our tradein was over.
Welcome home, Outback.
We look forward to a myriad of years and memories with you (that's what we bought you: at least a decade of use)
Can you tell we have a thing for hatchbacks?
How do foodie's celebrate a great car deal? Stopping by Fresh by Brookshire's in Tyler. Having been to Whole Foods....Fresh's meat and produce was BETTER.

Gosh, I'm kinda sad myself. You know I still have the old Black Camry and drive it around town. Just today I was telling Brae how much I loved that car...even though it is 11 years old and has over 250,000 miles on it. I do LOVE your new car though! Congrats!!!!!
That's awesome! We got rid of our ford focus for the Outback and LOVE it. It's such an amazing car that we have gotten so much use out of already. Congrats!
