Adapted from Recipe submitted to AllRecipes.com by chefspecialty
Personal Note: Anyone have a bored four year old or lazy, insubordinate teenager? Great, put them to work making this recipe. There’s no cutting, dicing, slicing or flambĂ©ing. Just use bought ravioli, two bowls and an oven; sounds like the perfect blend for a restful evening. So grab your snuggie and call it an early night!

Plan of Attack:
1. Bread ravioli
2. Cook
Ingredients for 2:
2 egg whites
1 tsp water
¾ C whole wheat bread crumbs
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
1 package (9 oz) cheese raviolis, thawed if frozen
Cooking spray

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a small bowl beat together egg whites and water.
  3. In another small bowl mix together bread crumbs, oregano, basil and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip each ravioli into the egg whites then transfer and to the bread crumb mixture and pat crumbs onto the ravioli until well covered.
  5. Place onto well sprayed cookie sheet and until all are properly coated
  6. Before placing in oven spray the tops of the ravioli with cooking spray
  7. Bake for 15 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
