Baked Fries

Personal Note: There was a period in my life where these were my side of choice. Many because it let me fulfill my lust for ketchup! Shocking, I know, but I tell myself that it’s ok because it’s organic; and organic sugar goo is because than regular, right? Oh what a tangled web we weave!

Plan of Attack:
1. Preheat oven 450 degree
2. Prep potatoes
3. Bake
Ingredients for 2:
2 potatoes (I usually make them two medium sized)
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, place in a bowl. Add olive oil and salt, toss to coat
  3. Place wedges in one layer on a cookie sheet* sprayed with cooking sheet (can’t be too safe!)
  4. Cook 30 minutes, tossing once at 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are done and browned
  5. Enjoy!

*If you have a pizza stone, USE IT! It makes the fries nice and crispy. The name can be deceiving, but cooking pizza on it is just an option!
