My Second Career

When I was younger all I wanted to be was a meteorologist. Then I realized it involved lots and lots of science and math, so I majored in broadcast journalism instead.

Some of you might remember my first post about this year's snow where I threw caution to the wind and predicted a second snowfall.

Move over, Mark Scirto, my beloved weatherman. He's been my only weatherman since I was a kid. I think I've found my second calling!

Well maybe not, but here's a little joy to ring in the weekend!

Proof that SmithCale was initially excited about the snow. Until he had to try to drive on the ice underneath the snow to work. Yeah, he came back.

A weed never looked so beautiful

Although, Webster (the official nickname of our grill), looks forward to the spring where he can be used.

SmithCale and I also look forward to the spring where many a romantic meal will be consumed at this table.

From my feet to your heart.

For my Memory,
the SupperSmiths, forging one meal at a time
